Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We can usually edit or cancel within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us ASAP at info@kavecore.com with your order number.
Do you offer financing or installments?
Yes—at checkout select Shop Pay Installments (where available) to split your payment over time.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address and cart.
How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1–3 business days.
Transit (most regions): 4–9 business days for standard parcels; large furniture may take 7–15 business days depending on carrier and destination.

Will I pay duties or taxes?
Local VAT/GST and import duties may apply based on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also log into your account at kavecore.com to view status.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window for unused items in original packaging. To start a return, email info@kavecore.com with your order number. (Note: custom items and used bedding may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.)
My item arrived damaged—what do I do?
Please inspect upon delivery. If damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, our products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, improper use, and accidental damage aren’t covered.
Products & Care
Do items require assembly?
Some furniture ships flat-packed with simple assembly instructions and hardware included. For wall panels and lighting, professional installation is recommended in some cases.
How do I care for my furniture and bedding?
Wipe furniture with a soft, damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals. For bedding, follow the care label—typically gentle cycle cold, tumble dry low, remove promptly.
Are wall panels suitable for bathrooms or kitchens?
Many panels are suitable for dry or semi-humid spaces. For high-humidity areas, choose moisture-resistant options and follow the installation guide.
Are bulbs included with lighting?
Most fixtures include compatible bulbs unless otherwise stated on the product page. Check the “Specifications” section for each item.
Custom, Gifts & Discounts
Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?
Select items can be customized. Share your needs at info@kavecore.com and we’ll advise on feasibility, lead time, and pricing.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes—digital gift cards are available in multiple denominations and delivered instantly by email.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount code” field. One code per order unless stated otherwise.
